The purpose of the consultancy is to support DRC in conducting the first-ever breakthrough study, which seeks to understand how change happens within DRCs breakthroughs as per the international strategy “Ready to Act”.
The consultancy is expected to be undertaken over a period of 53 days within June 2023 – January 2024, with field visits to 3-4 countries where DRC is present. The primary audience of the Breakthrough Study staff of DRC and partners.
