Light for the World is seeking expressions of interest from qualified consultants to provide targeted support for a major multi-country strategy evaluation.
The evaluation is being led by the organisation’s Impact & Learning team and supported by MERLA teams in country offices. It aims to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and internal coherence, develop cases studies and lessons learned from the country strategies in Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, South Sudan and Uganda implemented between 2021 and 2025.
The consultancy is intended to enhance Light for the World’s internal capacity to conduct the evaluation exercise by providing additional hands-on support for key evaluation tasks. The consultant will work in close collaboration with the internal evaluation team to ensure a rigorous and comprehensive assessment of the country strategies.
The consultancy is expected to take place over five months (April to August 2025), with an estimated level of effort of 30 days, subject to specific tasks agreed upon.
