Description:
IDEV is seeking expressions of interest from consulting firms to support an evaluation of the AfDB’s efforts at decentralization. The assignment will involve conducting in depth document reviews, analysis of secondary data, key informant interviews, and field missions to selected regions and countries. The Consultant will produce a case study report, comprehensive draft and thereafter a final technical evaluation report that analyses and synthesizes findings, conclusions and emerging lessons.
