The Transparency International Secretariat in Berlin is seeking a consultant or team of consultants to conduct the final evaluation of the project “Ensuring Accountability in Reconstruction and Reform Efforts in Lebanon (EARREL)” to provide an external and independent review of the project’s performance and achievements.
EARREL is a two-year project that aims to ensure greater accountability and transparency of humanitarian aid and reconstruction efforts, particularly for those most affected by the Beirut port explosion in 2020. The project is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office with a budget of 1,191,969.15 EUR.
