Description:
The World Resources Institute (WRI) intends to award a “fixed price” contract to carry out the mid-term evaluation of the OTP-OI CAM project, funded by the Delegation of the European Union and implemented by the implemented by WRI and its partners since 2021. The objective of this work is to assess the implementation and results of the project at mid-term on the basis of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) criteria.
