Tearfund is looking for an experienced consultant to conduct an Evaluation of Tearfund’s Design Monitoring & Evaluation online software, known as ‘Track’.
Tearfund is a faith based INGO focused on Development, Humanitarian response and Advocacy. It works through partners and country teams.
A Terms of Reference for the Evaluation is attached. Tearfund anticipates this review will take between 15-18 days with completion ideally by the end of January but key milestones are negotiable. Tearfund has a range of day rates depending on experience of the consultant, this is capped at £300 a day. The consultant will be supported by another external contractor who has been supporting the Track system for the last 2 years in order to have a hybrid (external and internal) approach to the Evaluation.
