The Evaluation Office of the ILO/EVAL is seeking a consultant to conduct the independent final evaluation of the project “Support for awareness-raising, training, beneficiary organization, rural animation, skills development and economic empowerment of rural communities in Kasai province, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) – COD/20/01/AfDB”
Applications could be for a consultant based in DRC or outside.
Evaluation period: From the end of February to April2023 (field visit and draft report in May)
