Anticipated dates 1 May – 30 June 2026

Contract value 1000 USD

The Inclusivity Project (TIP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the rights of communities discriminated on work and descent (CDWD) and to raising awareness of these issues at national, regional and international levels. As a global initiative, TIP focuses on strengthening the capacities of affected communities, fostering collaboration and generating evidence-based research to address the widespread exclusion they face.

The 3-year project “Recognition and Realization of the Rights of Communities Discriminated on Work and Descent (CDWD)” (2024-2027), supported by BFTW, aims to advance international recognition and protection of DWD communities discriminated on work and descent. The primary objective of the project is to facilitate the drafting and global endorsement of a UN Declaration on the Rights of CDWD, to be submitted to an informal UN working group.

The project operates across four regions: Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe, and at national, regional and global levels. It engages a wide range of stakeholders, including CDWD leaders, legal and constitutional experts, academics, UN experts, human rights organisations and civil society networks across at least 20 countries
