This webinar aims to provide an overview on how cost benefits analysis (CBA) can be used in evaluation, responding to the interest and queries raised by members of the EvalForward Community. The presentation will include examples of evaluations of public works in rural areas and of how CBA can be used to assess the efficiency criterion.

Silvia Vignetti, expert in in the design, planning and evaluation of investment programmes and projects, will introduce the topic, and Alena Lappo, evaluation specialist will facilitate the discussion (in her personal capacity).
