The Northern Council for Global Cooperation (NCGC) will be launching a comprehensive survey to collect information about the needs and interests of northern youth, with a focus on youth engagement, global citizenship education and international experiential learning.
NCGC is seeking a consultant to design, develop and deliver a virtual training program to a youth audience (ages 18-35) on the following themes:
- Why data collection matters
- Decolonizing data collection
- Data security and privacy
- Participatory, community-led and feminist approaches to data collection
All training materials should incorporate a global lens, emphasizing the relationship between northern and global issues (such as the Sustainable Development Goals and gender equality) and youth empowerment.
