The Department of Foreign Affairs requires the services of an independent evaluation consultant to conduct a desk based study of international benchmarking best practice. The purposes of the study are to synthesise learning from peer ministries and multilaterals on assessing the contribution to outcomes that usefully informs decision-making on strategic engagements, approaches that enable adaptive management and improved application of monitoring, evaluation and learning.
The total budget available or the study is €22,950 inclusive of all costs, excluding VAT.
Up to 27 consultancy days are available for this study.
