The consultant or consultancy team will help the Global Impact unit develop a systematic and scalable Impact Services portfolio. Impact service offerings in the portfolio will support external-facing O2B services, Fairtrade business as usual, and the development of Fairtrade projects and programmes. These categories are overlapping so it is expected that some impact services would serve multiple overlapping support roles.
