As of October 1, EES’ new Association Management Company is Bay Tree VA. Established in 2008, Bay Tree is an experienced team of executive assistants and office managers. You can learn more about them here: https://baytreeva.co.uk/.

EES members – this will affect your access to the EES members-only sections of our website until October 15th:

  1. EES will also be changing to a new membership database platform during this time. The full transition, including troubleshooting and correcting any errors, is expected to take two weeks. We hope to complete this process by October 15th.
  1. Once our new membership platform is set up, you will be invited to update your password. More information on how to do this will be provided accordingly.
  1. This transition during the next two weeks will affect your ability to access the members-only part of the EES website. If you want to be able to access this before October 15th, such as to read the new edition of the Evaluation Journal, please get in touch with the EES Secretariat, who will be able to help grant you access.Please note however that this will require you to change your password twice during this transition period (both before and after October 15th).
  1. The EES Website link and Secretariat email will remain the same.

Our new Bay Tree VA-hosted Secretariat includes the following:

Caroline Kearney has been working as a Freelance Events Manager and Virtual Assistant since June 2009, supporting businesses both at a national and local level. During this time she worked for the Institute of Directors for 12 years, an international membership organisation, dealing with members within the East of England. Over the years she has planned many business events of all sizes, both face-to-face and virtually online, including annual conferences of 250+ people to black tie dinner events. In addition to this she provides a variety of administrative support for clients including sales & marketing, production of e-newsletters, management of membership data and proof reading. Caroline has also been involved in many other areas of business including PA support for boards of directors and committees, organising meetings, production of agendas, along with the taking and distribution of minutes.

Julie Stamper has been an executive level PA for 20 years. This includes roles within the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial and care industries. A computer science graduate, she is methodical, structured and ordered in her work. She loves machine sewing, and creates workshops to teach others in her local community.

 

Sharon Scotcher is a skilled and dedicated Virtual Assistant /Executive Assistant with extensive experience in the execution, co-ordination, planning and support of daily operation and administrative functions at Board level.  One of her current contracts is Society Administrator for UK Evaluation Society a role she has been undertaking for the last 2.5 years. Sharon is also an accomplished event organiser, well presented, highly professional and efficient and has a very personable approach to her work, and demonstrates an ability to work well in a changing and multi-tasking environment.
