The Evidence and Insights team at the Fairtrade Foundation UK have a consultancy opportunity between September 2024 and January 2025.
We are looking for a consultant to conduct an endline evaluation of our Responsible Peruvian Gold programme.
The objectives of the Responsible Peruvian Gold programme was to work with Artisanal and Small-scale Mining Organisations (ASMOs) from Puno, South Peru; supporting them to formalise their operations and providing them with the technical and financial capabilities required to export into premium export markets.
The ToR for this assignment can be found on the Fairtrade Foundation website here: Consultancy – Fairtrade Foundation. The budget for the assignment is 25,000 EUR and expressions of interest will be accepted until 11.59 pm UK time on August 29, 2024.
Please note this assignment will require the consultant(s) to be fluent Spanish speakers. Furthermore, the consultant will ideally have experience in conducting research or evaluations in Peru or other Latin American countries and in the mining sector.
