The Evaluation and Organizational Learning (EOL) practice at KonTerra is focused on the delivery of high-quality, complex evaluation services, primarily to UN agencies. The Proposal Specialist will manage the planning, development and delivery of assigned bids, presentations and RFP responses to our clients that effectively convey capabilities, differentiators and solutions.
