Oxfam America is recruiting an Evaluation Consultant to carry out a comprehensive effectiveness review of its People Power and International Financial Institutions Project which was commissioned in 2020.
The preferred Consultant should have experience and proven record of working in and with partners from the Global South. They should be able to develop a detailed inception report with a clear set of methods, tools, and plan for the effectiveness review before the 15th of August 2020.
- A two phased bidding process will be employed to identify the successful consultant/s.
- Consortia are encouraged to apply and bid for the evaluation study which will commence on the 1st of September 2022 to January 2023 (6 months).
