In collaboration with JFD editions, ENAP will launch on May 30 during the gLOCALE week its new manual of evaluation in a development context with their scientific publishers and Mr. Hugo Cyr, Director General of ENAP as well as Mr. Thaddee Yossa, President of the Réseau Francophone de l’Évaluation!
ENAP brought together 46 passionate people working in program evaluation to produce an educational manual under the direction of Lynda Rey, Jean-Serge Quesnel and Vénétia Sauvain. Their ambition is to offer, in French and in open access, a conceptual and practical base from the experiences of these people from the academic world, the PIFED, the field of international cooperation or the public administrations of African countries, Haiti, Europe and North America. This handbook is part of the global process of capacity building in evaluation to advance the evaluative culture at the local level.
