The Stockholm Evaluation Unit (SEU) is calling for proposals for an evaluation of an MSF HIV/AIDS project in Kinshasa, DRC.

Requirements: Interested applicants with the right profile/s should submit 1) A proposal describing how to carry out this evaluation (including budget in a separate file), 2) a CV, and 3) a written sample from previous work
