FAO’s Office of Evaluation is initiating the Evaluation of FAO’s Country Programme in Rwanda (2019-2023), which will take place between February and September 2023.
The Office of Evaluation (OED) is presently scoping for prospective candidates for the position of Evaluation Lead Consultant and Team Members .
In particular, OED is seeking qualified national and regional consultants to join the evaluation team, with demonstrated evaluation experience and a background in sectors related to FAO’s areas of work in Rwanda:
- Policy, governance and resource mobilisation;
- Natural Resources Management and Environment;
- Sustainable and integrated Crop, Livestock and Aquaculture production systems
- Agribusiness and value chains’ upstream;
- Youth, Gender, social inclusion and cohesion;
- Animal Health and One Health;
- Conflict management and peace building;
- Climate change.
