Comic Relief
Comic Relief is seeking a consultant / team with knowledge of civil society organisational strengthening to undertake an evaluation of our Organisational Strengthening Framework and Principles. Comic Relief is currently funding partners in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Sierra Leone and Malawi to use this framework, currently in its ‘test and learn’ phase.
The evaluation aims to:
- Understand how funded partners experience our OS support;
- Surface learning in real time to inform our on-going resourcing of civil society organisational strengthening;
- Further develop Comic Relief’s Organisational Strengthening Framework and Principles;
- Showcase what our OS support has enabled for funded partners.
Tenders must be submitted by 5pm (GMT) on Monday July 4th to EvaluationAndLearning@comicrelief.com, copying a.mckinley@comicrelief.com, with the subject “Application for OS study, [your name]”.
We particularly welcome applications based in, or in proximity to, one of these focus countries.
We expect the successful applicant to commence work in August 2022 with completion of all final deliverables by December 31st 2023.
The budget available is up to GBP 52,000 including fees, applicable local taxes and travel and convening costs.
