The UNICEF Country Office of the DRC has launched a call for proposals for the conduct of the Evaluation of the Country Programme (UNICEF – DRC). This evaluation will be managed by the Evaluation Section of the UNICEF Regional Office for West and Central Africa in Dakar, Senegal (WCARO) together with the DRC Country Office.
