Brief outline of the project:
Since 2010, the Philanthropy & Society Observatory of the Fondation de France has been publishing a study on Loneliness in France. The aim was to provide data and analysis to Fondation de France programmes and partners, and to highlight the issue in the media. The evaluation seeks to assess its usefulness and answer evaluation questions around relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and impact.
Key information to encourage interest:
This is a key opportunity for an evaluator interested in studying the value of a yearly publication, social research methodologies and this impact a study can have after 15 years of consistent publication. It can also be a great opportunity for an evaluator interested in social isolation and the feeling of loneliness.
The evaluator needs to be completely fluent in French
