This evaluation includes two main phases, but aims for continuous feedback to allow the adaptation of the project during its implementation. The exact timing of the evaluation is likely to be adjusted depending on the reality on the ground vs. defined timeline, as well as the methodology suggested by the evaluation team.

- 3 ) A written example of an evaluation already carried out
