Urgent mission:

Max budget 80,000 Euros to study the results the 16 countries
Final results expected by mid-March
Qualifications :
- University degree in a field relevant to the mission : social sciences, international development, agronomy, environment or other related field.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- At least one member of the consulting team has at least 10 years of professional experience in the field of international development,
- At least one member of the consulting team has at least 5 years’ experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation and project engineering, demonstrating proven practice in project evaluation and project management,
- Proven experience in conducting evaluations of public policies and/or biodiversity projects,
- Confirmed knowledge of the expectations of donors working in the field of ” environment / biodiversity “,
- Knowledge of BIODEV2030 countries (or a majority of them), including their biodiversity and development challenges and their institutional context,
- Knowledge of the link between productive practices and biodiversity/environment in the sectors concerned by the call for tenders.#
