Description: SoCha (meaning “Social Change”) is a U.S. small business focused on implementing MEL projects for USAID globally. We are recruiting a team of short-term consultants to implement the midterm performance evaluation of the Feed the Future Agriculture and Land Governance (ALG) Activity in Tajikistan.
