Evaluation Traineeship – Policy Strategy and Institutional Relations

We are looking for candidates who are studying for (or are recent graduates of) a Masters’ degree, PhD, or postdoctoral programme to assist the evaluation function of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM). We aim to provide promising young professionals an opportunity to understand how the ESM works, while contributing to its mission and pursuing their research interests.

The Traineeship will be attached to the ESM’s evaluation activities, and will support a team in launching a new evaluation process, contributing to the necessary development of evaluation tools and guidelines, and tracking deliverables for a period of at least six months. The trainee will also assist strengthening institutional learning mechanisms. This traineeship is expected to start in the second half of the year.

Administratively, the trainee belongs to the Policy Strategy and Institutional Relations division.
