The UNESCO Bangkok Office is seeking an evaluator for the “Empowering Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Teachers with a Transformative Vision of Education” project in the Asia-Pacific region. The evaluation has the following objectives:
- To take stock of the activities of the project, opportunities and challenges
- To measure results achieved in relation to intended goals and provide recommendations for future interventions
The consultant should possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation.
