Description:
An evaluator to lead an evaluation of community level WASH work in 3 countries (Ghana, Nigeria and Tanzania) that has been funded by a key strategic partner over the last 3 years.
The evaluation will go beyond a standard project evaluation, to look in more detail at the environmental and social benefits (‘Impact’) of the WASH delivered through these projects, with a particular focus on gender. The evaluation will also investigate how recently developed frameworks and guidance could be applied to strengthen future work under this partnership.
