Frontline AIDS are looking to recruit an experienced consultant (or team of consultants) to lead on the end term evaluation of the SRHR Umbrella programme in Uganda. We are looking for consultants with some experience of outcome harvesting, ideally, as well as of working to involve young people as co evaluators where possible. More information is provided in the terms of reference.
