This eStudy will cover feminist principles and their practical application in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). Participants will learn more about what feminist MEL principles are, and the roles and opportunities of MEL practitioners in applying them in specific pieces of work. Emphasis will be placed on practice and implementation, looking at MEL processes and tools as well as leadership and culture. Although some academic literature will be used to frame the foundations, the eStudy will also be utilizing case studies, and will work through real-life examples identified by participants.
