The evaluation is timed to correspond with the final year of implementation of the current Mission Strategies and as the Missions are developing their next Mission Strategies. Thus timed, as far as is possible, to inform the high level Mission Strategies for both Sierra Leone and Liberia that are expected to be approved this year and, in particular, to inform the more detailed programme implementation planning, particularly in relation to nutrition, that will take place after the approval of the Mission Strategies for the two countries.
