– Group Dynamics: Gain insights into group dynamics, enabling you to anticipate and address potential challenges that may arise during meetings.
– Characteristics of Good Facilitation: Discover the key qualities that make a facilitator exceptional in their role.
– Energizers and Ice Breakers: Explore engaging activities to kickstart your meetings and create a positive atmosphere.
– Addressing Difficult People Situations: Equip yourself with strategies for handling challenging individuals and maintaining a constructive environment

Target Audience:
Researchers, M&E and development professionals who are at varying stages of their career. You don’t have to be a trained M&E practitioner or facilitator to join. Once you work in the area of social development and you lead group processes, either as a trainer or Chair of a group, you will derive benefit from this course.

Delivery Method: Remote.
The course combines 3 live Zoom sessions with Ann-Murray Brown and 3 sessions of self-paced learning utilising an online Learning Management System. The course is highly interactive with role-play and simulations. The live sessions are conducted via Zoom.
