The ILO/EVAL Evaluation Office is looking for a team of two consultants or individual consultants (service contract or individual contracts) to conduct the final independent evaluation of the AFD – EU project * Support for the dynamisation of local economic development in disadvantaged areas (PECOBAT)* in Mauritania.
The team will be composed of:
