European Partnership for Democracy (EPD)

 

The European Partnership for Democracy (EPD) is recruiting a consultant or team of consultants to conduct the final evaluation of the Project ‘CDWB – Combatting Disinformation in the Western Balkans’ funded by the European Union (EU). The evaluation is set to take place between December 2024 – March/April 2025.

The consultant or team of consultants must fulfil the following criteria:

  1. Proven track record of conducting project evaluations in the field of the fight against disinformation, media support, democratic governance and citizens’ engagement;
  2. Prior experience of working in the Western Balkans is required;
  3. Excellent knowledge of English and/or Bosnian-Croatian-Montenegrin-Serbian (BCMS) is required.

We are preferably looking for evaluators with prior experience using the outcome harvesting method, and/or other complexity-aware evaluation methods.

The maximum total budget available under this contract is EUR 37 000 including VAT and/or any other taxes.
