Description:
The ITC is looking for a home-based consultant to conduct a self-evaluation of ITC’s project, ARISE Plus Malaysia. The Terms of Reference can be found here: ITC – Call for EOI (intracen.org). Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in conducting evaluations, including experience in evaluating activities in the area of development cooperation, and hold an advanced university degree in a related field. Specific experience related to trade and development and strong knowledge of developing country economies in Asia. Knowledge of Malaysia’s economic and trade context would be an asset.
