| The independent Development Evaluation Unit (EVA-11) of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (MFA) commissions and manages centralised strategic level and policy evaluations, meta-evaluations as well as syntheses of decentralised and centralised evaluations.
This tender is for the Framework Agreement for Centralised Evaluations (FACE) 2024-2028. Please refer to “Terms of Reference” for a more detailed description of the object of the contract. |
