The post is located within the Capacity Development and Decentralised evaluation workstream of the IEO. The Evaluation Analyst will support the development of standards, procedures, and methodological guidance for UNDP evaluations to strengthen the Decentralised evaluation function and deliver training and support across the organization on the evaluation function and guidance implementation, undertake the quarterly quality assessment process of Decentralised evaluations and analysis of results and work with other partners in the development of national evaluation capacities approaches. The Evaluation Analyst reports to the Chief of Section, Capacity Development, and may also be asked to collaborate with other Workstreams and the IEO Directorate to support a smooth and efficient delivery of the IEO annual Programme of Work.
