Date(s) - 03/11/2020 - 12/11/2020
Using a gender-transformative lens, this practical course follows a comprehensive approach to integrating gender into project design and evaluation, and into solicitations. Participants will conduct a “deep dive” into gender-transformative program design and evaluation in a range of issues, including women’s economic empowerment, education, political participation, combatting gender-based violence, and addressing intersectionality in gender issues. By the end of this course, participants will be able to articulate the case for gender integration, conduct gender analysis, and integrate gender into development programs and evaluations in ways that promote healthy gender norms, structures, and behaviors.
This program is delivered in four virtual, instructor-led modules. Click the module titles for details. Classes will take place online via Adobe Connect. Each participant who completes all four modules will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
