The first Youth in Evaluation week took place from 24 to 28 April 2023 with your active engagement was a great success. As we step into the new year, we will be intensifying the preparations for the second Youth in Evaluation week to be held in the second quarter of 2024. We count on you for envisioning, planning and organizing the event and your active engagement will be critical for its success.
With this email, we would like to invite you for a brainstorming meeting with the 2023 event organizers, to discuss ideas and get inputs in planning for the Youth in Evaluation week 2024. This online meeting will take place on 28 November 2023 from 8.30 am to 9.30 am EST. A calendar invite and Zoom link will follow shortly.
Please also find attached a proposed agenda for the meeting. The global Eval4Action team very much looks forward to learning from you and listening to your ideas so we can shape the Youth in Evaluation week 2024 in a participatory way.
