The British Council is recommissioning its Global Evaluation Framework and is seeking evaluation suppliers to apply for inclusion in the framework and relevant specialist lots.
At this stage, we are not requesting a detailed delivery proposal as this will be requested at the Request for Proposal/Invitation to Tender stage. We anticipate that this contract will be for 3 years subject to an extension of 3 years, and a further 2 years.
The British Council will be holding a market engagement event about the framework with interested suppliers on the 27 January 2026.
