Exciting news! The Call for Proposals for Glocal Evaluation Week is officially open!
We invite you to propose and organize an event for Glocal 2025, happening from June 2 to 6. This is your chance to bring important evaluation conversations to your community and connect with peers worldwide.
Why organize a Glocal event?
Glocal Evaluation Week is more than just a knowledge-sharing event. It’s a global platform for sparking discussions on development and evaluation topics that matter to you. Every year, individuals and organizations from different regions and sectors step up to host Glocal events to explore the latest in monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
How can you participate?
You can host a Glocal event – whether online, in person, or both. This year’s theme is “Evaluation for a Better Future: Environmental Sustainability, Inclusion, and Peace.”
In a time of growing inequality and political polarization, Glocal 2025 will spotlight the role of evaluation in bridging divides and fostering evidence-based discourse and decision-making.
In addition to the theme, you can also propose sessions on diverse M&E topics, including methodologies, evidence use, capacity development, and emerging trends.
For more inspiration, read the Glocal 2025 concept note, available in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Do you have an event idea in mind? Send in your proposal by March 26!
