The lAS is seeking proposals from a consultant or team of consultants to undertake a review of the lAS’s non-conference programmatic portfolio to support the ! AS Governing Council in determining·
• Whether the focus of the programmes is responding to the current needs of the HIV field and reflects the core business, strengths and strategic commitments of the lAS.
• Which thematic areas, if any, the lAS should seek to add to its portfolio and which, if any, to de-prioritize.
• Whether the mechanisms the lAS employs – expert convenings, in-country and regional meetings, policy documents, fellowship and grant programmes, advocacy actions etc.- are effective at achieving impact or whether adjustments should be made.
