Contract: 12 month maternity cover. This is a fixed term contract (12 months) to lead on MEL at Womankind Worldwide.

 

This role is for an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) professional to lead on MEL and research at Womankind including using, developing and promoting innovative feminist approaches. The role will contribute to quality and effectiveness across our programmes, policy and communications initiatives, working closely with project leads to advise them on feminist MEL approaches and tools. The role contributes to demonstrating impact and facilitating knowledge sharing and learning across Womankind’s partnership network and the women’s rights and international development sectors. This is an opportunity to develop new and distinctive approaches to measure and demonstrate the impact of women’s movements.

This position is located in the UK with hybrid working including presence at Womankind’s London office and at key events. This role does not comply with the criteria required for visa sponsorship.
