Nestled in the spectacular Norwegian fjords in the village of Isfjorden, Havn Hus is a space to rest, relax, and reconnect with social impact leaders and changemakers through nature.
This training of trainers will support skill building in the areas of:
• Build facilitation skills and tools for different workshops
• Master storytelling and story-gathering methodologies, like MSC
• How to design, develop and collect stories and outcomes in a participatory setting
• How to analyze qualitative and quantitative data more effectively in line with your theory of change/ strategic plan,
• Improve impact reporting for your organization.
Set amongst the stunning Norwegian fjords, this training of trainers will afford the opportunity to deep dive into storytelling methodology, how to design, develop and collect stories and outcomes in a participatory setting, how to analyze qualitative and quantitative data more effectively in line with your theory of change/strategic plan, and improve impact reporting for your organization. You will also gain skills to improve your facilitation skills to lead these trainings with others, while meeting philanthropic impact leaders from around the world and enjoying some of the most stunning scenery and enjoying beautiful experiences–from kayaking, fjord tours to hiking.
