The Marshall Legacy Institute (MLI) is seeking an independent external evaluator to conduct a midline and final evaluation of a project supporting vulnerable children who are detained with their mothers in reformatory facilities and State Children’s Homes in Iraq. The project delivers a tailored early childhood development (ECD) peace education curriculum for young children, provides training to social workers and detained mothers on caregiving and child support strategies, and supports the reintegration of newly released mothers and their children into their communities.
