The ILO has issued a Request for quotations in order to select a consultancy firm to provide Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning services for the implementation of the IFAD-funded “ProAgro YOUTH: support to integrated agribusiness hubs in Algeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Madagascar and Malawi” project.
