Salary: Remuneration will be based on the selected consultant’s / expert’s qualifications, experience, the tasks and deliverables for this position and in accordance with the OSCE established rates.

Objective of Assignment:
The OSCE Office of Internal Oversight (OIO) is looking for a consultant for the independent thematic evaluation of OSCE’s Action Plan for the Promotion of Gender Equality. The evaluation will focus mainly on assessing the results of the second pillar of the Action Plan. The role of organizational structures and processes (the first pillar) will be taken into account as a driver for results, e.g., by assessing if and how current structures and governance systems facilitate the integration of a gender perspective in OSCE’s policies, programmes, and projects. The third pillar can be seen as an intended result of the second pillar, which will be assessed in selected country cases.
