Covering the five pillars of justice as well as key topics like system change, shifting power, decolonization, and localization, this course is designed to empower our sector with a radical new lens that redefines programme design and reframes our approach to urgent issues such as growing inequality and climate breakdown.

The life-changing virtual course has already reached thousands of people from over 60 countries and promises new skills and tools, inspiring global connections, an opportunity to level-up professionally, and tangible alternatives for a sector that needs a serious energy boost to put justice at the centre of all our work.

It’s now just a few weeks until registration closes for our 2022 Justice Based Approach: Foundation Course. Our next JBA course won’t be until late 2023, so now’s the time!

We’ve already got people registered from 45 countries – from Azerbaijan to Zambia so it’s going to be a fantastically diverse group! We’re going to be looking at how we can root our work in justice, how our projects can have greater impact, and how to address the systemic causes of injustice – all through the JBA lens and its five pillars: radical system, brave accountability, everyday activism, alternative models and living democracy. This is the most important course to bring to your work this year.

Please book here (registration closes on 11th May). The course itself runs for seven weeks part-time and can easily fit around busy schedules. We start with one session on the week of 16th May and then continue with 2 sessions a week for six weeks.

Note also that we have some financial assistance for individuals and grassroots organisations. You can read more about who can apply on our website and on page 12 of our course brochure. Contact Matt (mattkletzing@unitededge.net) with any questions!
