Do you need help with a KM plan? Or to help your organisation learn quickly and remain agile? Through a mix of practical activities, theory and case examples, you will learn how to:

  • Use Knowledge Management (KM) to achieve and support your strategic objectives.
  • Forward-thinking tools: develop KM tools for organisational learning and achieving your strategic objectives.
  • See theory in practice: a wide range of case studies to learn from
  • Networking: engage in networking and peer-learning with fellow development workers
  • Knowledge management strategy: institutionalise KM practices within your organisation
  • Interactive learning: attend 5 guided 90-minute webinars Personalised mentoring: a follow-up session with our facilitators at least 3 months after completing the course
  • Flexibility: programme takes around 30-40 hours to complete which is spread over 8 weeks to fit into your schedule

Accreditation: CPD and HPass accredited.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion from IMA, as well as a CPD certificate and an HPass badge.
