In close collaboration with all units at the Wyss Academy for Nature, you are responsible to lead the development and implementation of an overarching LM&E strategy and system, including:
- Identifying key evaluation questions and indicators to monitor, assess, and where feasible measure, inputs, processes, outputs, outcomes and impacts at incubator, landscape and global levels;
- Developing approaches to identify and assess factors that contribute or hinder pathways to systems transformation;
- Drafting a learning strategy and related processes, both for internal and external audiences;
- Supporting the Regional Stewardship Hubs to contextualize the LM&E strategy to the country contexts and the specific nature-people challenges addressed;
- Developing and implementing a staffing and capacity building plan and working closely with LM&E staff in our Regional Stewardship Hubs;
- Working closely with the communications teams to report on results, outcomes, impacts and organizational learning;
- Designing and delivering meta-level achievement reports, including to our Board and the Advisory Committee, on a regular basis.
